Safe Hands NT was founded in 2022, in response to the growing need for professional and quality service provision in the NDIS and Aged Care sectors.
All directors are long-term NT residents with extensive networks who have a common goal of supporting Territorians to live their best life through effective and continued service provision.
At Safe Hands NT, we are guided by a set of core values that include compassion, respect, integrity, and excellence.
We believe that these values are essential to providing the best possible care to our clients, and we strive to uphold them in everything we do.

Our experienced providers will support clients with a variety of medical conditions based on their personalized care plan.
We can provide services to those who are receiving support through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) or Aged Care.
